A spoonful of sugar may" make the medicine go down", but a spoonful of fudge is a whole lot better!
Schools out and no doubt before long mothers across the country will hear those dreaded words "I'm bored, there's nothing to do". Chances are you have either heard or even uttered that phrase yourself. Well, I've got this cute little recipe that can help out those "nothing to do moments". You can acutally make fudge in a Ziplock bag.! You will need:
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon butter
2 teaspoons cream cheese
1 tablespoon cocoa
A few dashes vanilla
1 Ziplock bag
Place all ingredients in the Ziplock bag and squeeze out all of the air. Now squish and moosh the bag until all of the ingredients are will mixed and there is a creamy consistency. Add any flavoring or other stuff like raisins, M&M's, peanut butter, coconut, etc.
This is a great activity to do at a child's birthday party or camping or anytime you just want a bite of something C-H-O-C-O-L-A-T-E .I like to make it at home because it doesn't make very much at a time and if I made a whole batch of fudge.....(don't tell anyone, but I'd probably eat waaaay more than I should).
Now open the bag, stick a spoon in it and get ready to enjoy your happy little treat and remember to cook easy, but eat good!
