Heber police report incidents for August 24-29
On August 24, the owner of a commercial business on W. Quitman reported some metal items and pallets full of metal roofing had been stolen.
On August 25, police responded to a report of a domestic disturbance on S. 5th St. The resident informed police that she was locked out of her home and her daughter was inside breaking her personal property. The 31-year-old Heber woman was allegedly argumentative and officers report she used her shoulder to knock her mother over. She was arrested on Disorderly Conduct charges. After her arrest she was reported to have been in possession of a prescription pill that did not belong to her. She was also charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance.
Also on August 25, a resident on N. Center St. reported that a visitor was extremely intoxicated and told to leave. Police found the 56-year-old Heber man in an alley behind a residence on N. Center curled around a 30 pack of beer. He was arrested for Public Intoxication.
On August 26, gunshots were reported in the area of Summer Dr.
On August 29, a 35-year-old Heber woman arrived at the police station to be fingerprinted. At that time it was learned that she had an active misdemeanor warrant out of White County. The woman was arrested and bonded out the same day
