Those who wish to speak at Prescott City Council meetings will first have to fill out a yellow card to let the council know what they will be talking about. The speakers will have three minutes to speak their piece. These cards must be filled out prior to the start of the meeting and either given to Prescott Mayor Terry Oliver or Prescott Police Chief Brian Russell.

With school district zones redone earlier this year the entire school board had to seek reelection. The board remained the same with the exception of one zone. Clark Crellin didn't seek reelection.
