HSHA is looking for community members and area businesses to partner with them and sponsor at least one child, or a dollar amount to go toward the purchase of coats
In honor of their 40-year anniversary, Heber Springs Heat and Air, LLC (HSHA) would like to give something back to the community. In order to do so, they are teaming up with Arkansas Dream Center-Heber Springs and New Life Church on behalf of Heber Springs School District to give new coats to underprivileged children in the community.
HSHA is looking for community members and area businesses to partner with them and sponsor at least one child, or a dollar amount to go toward the purchase of coats. They plan to spend approximately $35 per coat and serve around 200 children, from kindergarten through 12th grade. That’s a total goal of approximately $7,000.
HSHA’s goal is to have all the coats collected by November 17 so they can send them home with those who need them before Thanksgiving break begins on November 23. There is about 30 days to reach this goal, but with the help of this tight-knit community, HSHA is confident this can be done together.
“If you are interested in teaming up with us, we will mention your name, or put your company logo in a Sun-Times advertisement the week after Thanksgiving,” Heber Springs Heating and Air, LLC VP of Operations Teresa Swan said. “Thank you in advance for considering this great community service with us. We would appreciate your prayers as we set forth to serve the less fortunate, that we do so with humility and grace, and that God places those in our path whose destinies may be forever changed by our Christ-likeness.”
