Kathleen "Katie" Lee James died October 28, 2012

Kathleen “Katie” Lee James, age 70, of Heber Springs, Arkansas passed
away Oct. 28, 2012 in Searcy, Arkansas. She was born Jan. 26, 1942 in
Jacksonville, Florida to the late Robert Earnest and Pearl Loring
Bennett. She was a member of the Heber Springs Assembly of God Church.

Her hobbies included crafts, sewing, gardening and travel. She loved
working and visiting at the Senior Citizens Center and spending as
much time as possible with her grandchildren.

Kathleen is survived by her husband, Jimmy Leon James of Heber
Springs; three daughters, Valena Dalley of Houston, Texas, Tammy James
of Lakewood, California, and Melanie James of San Diego, California;
three sons, Michael Taylor, Joseph Brown and Jimmy James, Jr, all of
Heber Springs, AR.; three bothers, Robert Bennett of Galena Park, TX,
Michel Bennett of Sterling, VA and David Bennett of Monroe, LA; one
sister, Patricia Main of Lonoke, AR; and several grandchildren and
many, many friends.

A Memorial Service will be held 11:00 am, Thursday, November 1, 2012
at the Heber Springs Assembly of God Church with Brother Lee Brown
officiating.
