Crafty Creations also contains a flea market with booths full of homemade crafts and antiques. The shop contains jewelry, mesh wreaths, Christmas decorations, handmade crafts and more.
“We thought we were ready to retire,” Brown said. “We sold the flower shop in Greers Ferry and Georgie retired while I started job hunting.”
“Then my husband died in a motorcycle accident nine months ago,” Murphree said. “And I just couldn’t sit at the house all day so I started going with Donna during her job hunting. We decided it would be better to open another business.”
Between the two of them they have over 50 years of experience. Both are Arkansas Master Florist certified as well as Professional Certified Florists.
An open house will be held December 1 from 9:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. There will be door prizes and refreshments.
For more information, call 501-362-3788. And remember to stop by during their open house and check them out.
