A simple trick to beat colds and flu

Several years ago Dr. Joseph Mercola wrote in his newsletter about a theory to stop colds and flu. He only left the article up a few hours because he thought it was from a flawed source. Since I saw it as a harmless method, I have tried it several times at the first symptom of an upper respiratory problem and it has worked for me every time!
