  • Ligon takes 3rd, Bly 9th at state decathlon

  • Heber Springs senior Clint Ligon finished third for the second consecutive season in the state decathlon, which concluded on Thursday at Fayetteville High School. Ligon compiled 6, 240 points to finish 128 points behind runner-up Dan Spickes of Roger Heritage and champion Alex Miles of Rogers Heritage, who cleared 15' in the pole vault to pull away.
