Investigations conducted by Sheriff’s Office Detectives during the month of August resulted in a total of 53 separate criminal charges being filed against 17 individuals with the Prosecuting Attorney’s Office.
Investigations conducted by Sheriff’s Office Detectives during the month of August resulted in a total of 53 separate criminal charges being filed against 17 individuals with the Prosecuting Attorney’s Office. Detectives executed seven Search Warrants in the course of the investigations and recovered stolen property valued at over seven thousand nine hundred dollars, bringing the years total for recovered property to $170,604.
Both Randy Delinn Moorehead (53) of Heber Springs and Tari Kristine Wooten (30) of Pangburn were charged with residential burglary and theft of property.
Robert Hill (33) of Quitman has been charged with criminal trespass and theft of property.
Chelsey Kay Jolley (22) Pangburn resident was charged in a domestic incident with terroristic threatening, aggravated assault and domestic battery.
Robert Wratten (29) of Cabot was charged with residential burglary and theft of property in a burglary reported on Miller Point Road South. In a separate incident Wratten along with Jessica McDougal (28), also of Cabot, were each charged with five counts of forgery in the second degree.
Christopher Taylor, (28) a Heber Springs resident was charged with one count of forgery in the second degree.
The investigation of an ATV theft on Tiger B Road resulted in Timothy Clint Davidson (30) of Floral and Starla Jan Rolett (40) of Bradford being charged with criminal mischief and theft of property.
An inmate of the Cleburne County Detention Center, Eugene Brown (47), was charged with aggravated assault on an employee of a correctional facility and battery in the second degree. Brown is currently being held waiting trial on a rape charge.
Travis Bagley (52) has been charged with breaking and entering, theft of property and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. In the same incident a juvenile was charged with criminal trespass and theft of property.
A home invasion on Jones Road on August 11th, led to five individuals, nineteen year-old Zack Smith of Heber Springs, nineteen year-old Tanner Adcock of Heber Springs, nineteen year-old Bobby Pointer of Bald Knob and two juveniles being charged with aggravated residential burglary, kidnapping and two counts of theft of property.
