    "I'm sure there could have been more (injuries) if they hadn't taken him into custody." - Millington (Tenn.) Police Chief Rita Stanback, talking about National Guard members disarming a Guardsmen who shot two others today outside of a Navy base. The man apparently got in a fight with two other Guardsmen and shot them in the leg and foot. Neither have life-threatening injuries.

    News to know

    Twitter released information on its initial public offering (IPO) today in a regulatory filing, saying it will be somewhere between $17 and $20. The stock will eventually be traded on the New York Stock Exchange as TWTR.
