Four were arrested on various drug offences

On Monday, October 28th, Cleburne County Narcotics Investigators, Officers with the Heber Sprigs Police Department, along with Investigators from the 16th Judicial District Drug Task Force executed a search warrant at 712 East Clinton Place in Heber Springs. In the process of executing the warrant Investigators located numerous items of drug paraphernalia as well as a small amount of a substance that field-tested positive for methamphetamine.

Twenty-five year-old Michaela Samuels of Heber Springs, eighteen year-old Forrest Noggle of Rosebud, twenty-two year-old Tawny Noggle of Rosebud and twenty-two year-old Matthew Verser of Tumbling Shoals were taken into custody at the scene and transported to the Cleburne County Detention Center. One additional suspect, a juvenile, was also taken into custody.

Charges on the five include Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Maintaining a Drug Premise.
