The Cleburne County Farm Bureau announces their spring 2014 scholarships to be awarded May 1st.  The scholarships are worth $500 each and will go towards college tuition for the 2014 fall semester.  Applications are due by April 19th.  There will two scholarships awarded.


To be eligible, applicants must be a senior at a Cleburne County high school who plans to actively pursue an agricultural, agricultural related, or medical related degree.  Applicants must be a member of Farm Bureau, the child of an active Farm Bureau member, or the grandchild of an active Farm Bureau member.  Selection is based upon academic achievement, character, leadership, career plans, and financial needs. 


Applications and memberships can be picked up at the Cleburne County Farm Bureau office at 602 West Searcy in Heber Springs.
