Applications will be taken Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays from 8:15 to 11am and 1:15 to 3:30pm. The office will be closed from 12 to 1pm for lunch.  Applicants are seen on a first come first serve basis.  Arriving between these hours does not guarantee that an interview can be conducted; staff will serve as many applicants as possible during the scheduled interview times.  It is recommended that applicants arrive early.

If a household has not had income during the previous month applicants will need CAPCA’s Contribution and/or Collateral Statement.
Applicants will also need to provide a copy of their most recent utility bill.
Applicants applying for crisis must have a disconnect or shut-off notice.
They are also continuing regular assistance until funds are depleted.
