Jeff Lynch, President and CEO of Eagle Bank and Trust, announced the promotion of Michelle Schrodt to Executive Vice President and Chief Retail Officer. A 26 year banker, Michelle joined the bank in January 2017 as Senior Vice President of Retail Banking after serving as Regional Consumer Banking Manager of a large Regional Bank located throughout the Southeastern United States. She will continue in her role managing the Retail/Consumer Division of the bank, fostering operational efficiencies and exceptional customer service throughout the bank’s 14 locations in Central and North Central Arkansas. Her responsibilities will also include staffing, training, product development, retail sales and all other aspects of the bank’s branch network.
Schrodt, a native of Deming, New Mexico is a graduate of Deming High School, The Western States School of Banking at the University of New Mexico, and she is Six Sigma Certified. She was a member of the Board of Directors of Junior Achievement of Chattanooga, Tennessee from 2014-2016 and a member of the 2017 annual fundraiser committee for the Ronald McDonald House in Little Rock.
She and her husband, Martin reside in Little Rock and attend Christ the King Catholic Church. They are the proud parents of a daughter, a 7th grade student at the Little Rock Christian Academy.
