I enjoy teaching classes on how to be healthier, stronger, decrease stress, improve blood sugar levels and how to lose excess fat. This certified program gets fantastic results. Of course you must apply it to get the results.
Since doing this for a few years now, some essentials have risen to the top, like fine cream.
These essentials for a healthy slim body are:
Have some protein at each meal. The amounts you need are determined by your genetic type, but include some at each meal. Don’t worry, we learn your genetic type during class.
For the majority of people they need to eliminate wheat and flour based products — at least for a time. That means all grains including breads and pasta.
The foods you eat, as a whole they should include unprocessed whole foods. That means raw vegetables- (organic is best), steamed vegetables, lean grass fed meats or wild caught fish, and a few fruits that are low glycemic.
Supply and demand is the name of the game in finding these.
Concerning higher glycemic or starch type foods. Only have one per day, and choose between sweet potatoes, beans or oatmeal.
When it comes to fruit, keep the amounts low. Only once or twice a day and the type you eat should be low glycemic. Whole fruit can be eaten with the fiber intact. Fruit juice is not encouraged as it does not contain fiber.
No white foods. No white flour, sugar, and dairy (for now). Exceptions are cauliflower and plain yogurt with active cultures and no sugar kefir.
Keep your nutrition up by intelligent supplementation. Use whatever you need. With the decrease in nutrition of foods for the last 50 years, and with the chemicals used in food production, supplements are needed—- use nutrition only from whole foods.
Vegetable oils in most supermarkets are highly refined, oxidize easily when heated, and contribute to ill health. So use good olive oil instead for salad dressings and on foods after cooking.
For cooking use a little coconut oil that can handle a little heat. Make sure it has been handled or processed correctly.
Include good healthy fat in your diet. Margarine is not good and healthy. You may use a little real butter and add molecularly distilled Omega 3 fish oil, and flaxseed or flaxseed oil.
Drink water, water, water. We live in a sea of toxicity, we need water and lots of it in order for our bodies to work properly and flush out the toxins and contaminates. This need is especially true when breaking down fat cells. Drink plenty of pure clean water each and every day.
These are just a few of the essentials. Be sure to do research and find out what is best for you, as you are special and unique.
It is okay not to go along with the crowd. Just look at the crowd anyway, as a majority they are unhealthy, with more and more health concerns.
Yes, we all sometimes get sick, but, we do want to be as healthy as possible with good strong and well modulated immune systems.
