To say we have an obesity epidemic is really an understatement.
The CDC or Centers for Disease Control and Prevention says Obesity is defined as a body mass index (BMI) of 30 or greater. BMI is calculated from a person’s weight and height and provides a reasonable indicator of body fatness and weight categories that may lead to health problems.
Obesity is a major risk factor for cardiovascular disease, certain types of cancer, and type 2 diabetes.
That means obesity is a health issue, not a cosmetic issue.
The success of the fast food and soft drink industries has translated into an unprecedented rise in childhood and adult obesity.
This epidemic has had a direct impact on our (urologists) practice due to its association with carcinogenesis in the prostate and kidney.—Medical News Today

You don’t believe these statistics?
All you need to do is go to town and look at people. Look at them and then look at what is in their grocery baskets. Do you see whole foods at all? Do you see cartons
and cartons of cokes and packaged so called foods? These are fractionated and fake foods, not real foods. They contain parts of foods, chemicals and preservatives.
Our bodies are not designed to use fake foods, preservatives and chemicals.
Our bodies were designed by our heavenly father to use the foods he gave us, and that’s what we should eat. He gave us nothing that comes in a box or package.
Nowadays eople eat out many times peer week, and you never know for sure what is in your food. Guess what? You are eating chemicals, preservatives and processed fake foods.
That’s how the United States got this way—- by our diet.
What can we do about it? I want to turn this around.
Educate yourself about the program designed to prevent diabetes and obesity.
It is a health and wellness program based on the glycemic index.
Eat whole foods, not fake or fractionated foods.
Eat several small meals per day, so your blood sugar levels will stay in the fasting range-not spike and drop.
Drink plenty of pure clean water. (Not cokes or other fake drinks)
Do not eat processed foods, or at fast food restaurants. Although I was told they have salads at fast food restaurants now, I guess that would be okay-if they haven’t done something fake to them.
Prepare real foods at home.
Move.

If you want to avoid the Obesity Epidemic or even turn it around, you need to make a change. Only by changing will you change your direction and improve your health.
Here’s wishing you all the best.
Remember, you and those you love are worth you educating yourself and then applying it.
