The 2018 graduating class of Heber Springs High School celebrated their baccalaureate at the Mountain Top Cowboy Church on Sunday, May 6.

Senior Ashley Herring sang “Reckless Love” to her fellow graduates and guests before Serena Pruitt, the Student Council President, introduced the guest speaker, Benny Foster. Foster’s interactions with the graduates was both engaging and humorous as he encouraged them to trust that all the pieces of their puzzle are there and will fall into place in due time.

Following the liturgy was a slide presentation of the class of 2018 through the years and closing remarks by Delany Ison, the class vice-president. The benediction was conducted by Jacob Blasingame, the class secretary.

The class of 2018 will graduate Friday, May 11, at 7:00 p.m. in the gymnasium.
