Arkansas State University- Criminal Justice Degree, FBI National Academy Graduate- Class 232, Harding University Bible Ministry 2013-2015 and

Airport Manager for KSRC 2015- Present

The US Marine Corps allowed Roger Pearson to spend time in Europe, Africa and the Middle East. He has invested years in serving the public in effect dealing with a diversity of personality types and just about every situation imaginable. Pearson says, “I care for people deeply and I feel I can relate to almost anyone. I am married to a great woman and have 3 amazing children that are my world.”

The Pearsons have owned and currently operate several successful businesses, which has given Pearson great insight. He has served under government leadership most of his career so he understand processes, recognize failures, and seek conservative non-binding leadership initiatives. Pearson is a conservative and pro-constitutionalist that believes people should enjoy maximum freedom with minimal government pressures.

He considers his highest calling and largest responsibility to be submitting to Christ so he can be a valuable husband, father and friend. He hopes to use common sense and rely on the Biblical principles of his faith in Jesus Christ to lead him. He respects others who do not believe the same way and resolves to treat them with respect as he endeavors to be a walking testimony of His grace. Pearson has prayerfully wrestled with the decision to serve this community as Justice of the Peace in District 1 and asks for your consideration.

2 overseas tours with USMC Volunteer Retired Firefighter Pine Snag/Lobo & Higginson Retired Lieutenant Searcy Police Department Served 8 years as Chief Investigator & Director of the 17th and 23rd  Judicial District Drug Task Force over three counties. Obtained Highest level of Law Enforcement Certification FBI National Academy Graduate Successful entrepreneur Criminal Justice Degree from AR State University & 2 years of Bible and Ministry study Harding University in Searcy.

Pearson’s Goals:

Pearson says, “My political goals mirror my personal. I’m determined to keep a steady mind speaking only out of one side of my mouth. I am here to hear. I will endeavor to embrace truth and do that which is required of me; act justly, love mercy, and walk humbly with my God.”
