On Sunday Heber Springs Fire responded to a report of a trailer on fire on Moss Lane, that was called in by a Cleburne County Sheriff deputy who was patrolling the area. Several minutes later Engine 1 arrived on scene and confirmed a working fire.  Members from HSFD made a quick aggressive interior attack and stopped the fire spread to several adjacent boats and travel trailers. Without an available fire hydrant close to the incident, additional personnel and apparatus was used to shuttle water and ensure an uninterrupted water flow for firefighters engaged in suppression activities. NorthStar EMS units remained on scene for the safety of those firefighters working on scene.

Three engines and a rescue unit and 15 firefighters responded to the call.
