The Heber Springs Police Department has reported the following incidents for the week of 1/3/12 – 1/9/12:
On January 2, a utility trailer was reported stolen from a home on Sagewood. No arrests were made.
On January 6, officers were called to a residence on Walnut St. to respond to an incident of disorderly conduct from two adults verbally fighting outside.
On January 7, a 45-year-old white male was arrested on Main St. An officer pulled the man over and after talking with him, charged him with DWI, no seatbelt, and no insurance.
On January 7, a 39-year-old white female was arrested on N. Broadway and charged with disorderly conduct.
On January 8, a 30-year-old white female was stopped and questioned concerning a possible incident in which a car was struck in the Wal-Mart parking lot. Upon talking to the woman in questioned, the officer arrested her and charged her with DWI-Drugs and leaving the scene of an accident.
