The First Electric Cooperative office in Heber Springs hosted a Christmas art contest among Concord Elementary School students. Winners were, from left: James Alsip, first place; Courtney Peterson, third place; and Donna Anderson, second place. Heber Springs District Manager Todd Schroeder presented each with a Walmart gift card courtesy of First Electric.
