Sheriff Marty Moss announced that on January 4 Law Enforcement Officers of the Cleburne County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit and 16th Judicial District Prosecuting Attorney Don McSpadden’s Drug Task Force concluded a joint operation between these agencies which ends a yearlong investigation that has led to the issuance of warrants of arrest for 38 different offenders. A mass drug offender arrest operation throughout Cleburne County named Operation New Year was conducted resulting in the arrest of 21 drug offenders on numerous felony and misdemeanor counts with the assistance of the following additional agencies: Arkansas State Police, 20th Judicial District Drug Task Force, Quitman Police Department, Pangburn Police Department, Faulkner County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit, Arkansas Game and Fish Commission, and Heber Springs Police Department, and Izard County Sheriffs Office. The following listed suspects were arrested in the first phase of this operation with additional arrest pending.
Bobby Summers, 32, of Pangburn, was charged with possession of more than nine grams of pseudoephedrine. His bond is set at $5,000.
Braden Liles, 25, of Heber Springs was charged with delivery of methamphetamine. His bond is set at $15,000.
Bradley Shane Collins, 27, of Heber Springs was charged with simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms; possession of methamphetamine; possession of drug paraphernalia and convicted felon in possession of a firearm. His bond was set at $50,000.
Carla Jo Ivey, 48, of Heber Springs was charged with possession of more than nine grams of pseudoephedrine. Her bond was set at $5,000.
Christopher Justin Michael Taylor, 26, of Heber Springs was charged with possession of more than nine grams of pseudoephedrine. His bond was set at $5,000.
Dewayne Acree, 49, of Heber Springs was charged with delivery of methamphetamine and delivery of marijuana. His bond was set at $35,000.
Audley Jack King, 57, of Heber Springs was charged with delivery of marijuana. His bond was set at $5,000.
Jerry Haggins, 37, of England was charged with delivery of marijuana and revocation of probation. No bond was set.
Joey Lee Thomas, 30, of Heber Springs was charged with delivery of a controlled substance (Klonopin). His bond was set at $15,000.
Kelly Zimmerlee, 36, of Concord was charged with unlawfully purchasing more than nine grams of pseudoephedrine. Her bond was set at $5,000.
Mary Louise Thomas, 29, of Heber Springs was charged with delivery of a controlled substance (Klonopin). Her bond was set at $15,000.
Michael Bommarito, 28, of Drasco was charged with unlawfully purchasing more than nine grams of pseudoephedrine. His bond was set at $5,000.
Michael Sutherland Jr., 21, of Enola, was charged with simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms and delivery of marijuana. His bond was set at $50,000.

Shane Leech, 26, of Mount Vernon was charged with delivery of methamphetamine and delivery of a controlled substance near a school. Bond was set at $25,000.
Teddy Joe Ballard, 21, of Quitman was charged with simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms and delivery of marijuana. His bond was set at $50,000.
Timothy Stuart, 21, of Heber Springs was charged with two counts of delivery of a schedule I controlled substance (bath salts). His bond was set at $100,000.
William David Truitt, 33, of Wooster was charged with four counts of delivery of methamphetamine and four counts of distribution of controlled substances near a school. His bond was set at $100,000.
William Justin Doss, 36, of Heber Springs was charged with failure to appear on delivery of a controlled substance. His bond was set at $50,000 (cash only).
William Whitaker, 37, of Quitman was charged with possession of more than nine grams of pseudoephedrine. His bond was set at $5,000.
