Arkansas Economic Development Commissioners from around the state arrived in Heber Springs on February 1 for an AEDC meeting.  Participants were taken on a tour of St. Jean Industries and ASU-Heber Springs to showcase the resources Cleburne County has to offer.  Local Commissioner Jim Jackson said, “This really is a big deal for Cleburne County.”  After a formal reception at the Holiday Inn Express, the commissioners were treated to a dinner following their tour.  The following morning, they held a breakfast and their general meeting at the new Heber Springs Community Center
