Charles (Charlie) Miller passed away March 9, 2017

Charles (Charlie) Miller the son of Newton Charles Miller and Annie Laura (Reed) Miller was born in Heber Springs, Arkansas on August 17, 1947 and passed away surrounded by his loving wife and children at his home in Drasco, Arkansas on March 9, 2017 at the age of 69 years.

He was a truck driver, carpenter, factory worker for (Aeroquip and Bosch Tool Corporation).                                                                                                                                   

He was a veteran of the United States Army and was awarded the National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, Vietnam Campaign Medal and the Combat Infantrymen Badge.  He was a volunteer member of the Tumbling Shoals Fire Department.

He was preceded in death by his parents Newton Charles and Annie Laura Miller, a brother Woodrow (Woody) Miller a sister Martha Lulu Belle (Lou) Miller Maples and two grandchildren.

Survivors are his loving wife Karen (Nelson) Miller of Drasco, son Charles Daniel (Danny) Miller of Conway, Arkansas, three daughters Shannon Taylor and husband Rodney of Drasco, Amy Hipp and husband Delane of Drasco, Christie Maples and husband Todd of Heber Springs and a son Joshua Miller and wife Katie of Paragould, Arkansas and a sister Emogene Gober and husband Norman of Benton, Arkansas. He is also survived by grandchildren Raistlin and Riley Miller, Keaton and Kyler Hipp, Dakota and Olivia McCranie and McKenzie,  Zachary and Chayton Maples, Garrett, Jaxon and Ainslee Miller, besides many nieces, nephews other relatives and many friends.
