William Earl Dollar of Elkins died February 4, 2010, at the Washington County Regional Hospital in Fayetteville.  Born at Parma on November 26, 1946, he was 63. He was the son of William and Clarice (Everett) Dollar.
He was a veteran of the United States Army.
He is survived by one son, Johnny Wayne Dollar of Durant, Okla.; his parents, William and Clarice Dollar of Edgemont; two brothers, Wayne Ray Dollar of Quitman and Kirby Eugene Dollar of Prim; and five sisters, Wanda Faye Rurak of Whitney, Texas; Mary Francis Greene of Springdale, Clara Yvonne Reynolds of Granby, Mo., Carolyn Kathleen Rhinehart of Bentonville, and Pamela Ranee Wheeler of South Dakota; his former wife, Judy Laughter; and two granddaughters. He is also survived by other relatives and his many friends.
Funeral services were held February 8 at the Prim Hilltop Holiness Church with Bro. Dennis Knapp officiating.  Interment with military honors followed in the Everett Cemetery.  Jim Wheeler, Tommy Aglin, Dereck Dollar, Ian Turner, Dennis Anglin, Greg Rhinehart, Shawn Anglin, Matt Anglin, Neal Klien and Travis Bridgewater served as pallbearers.
