Kelley Lafferty was born at Pleasant Ridge on September 21, 1928, and passed away at Baptist Hospital in Little Rock on February 9, 2010, at the age of 81.
Kelley was retired from the Postal Service as well as the trucking and demolition business. He was a member of the Woodrow Baptist Church.
He along side his beloved wife, enjoyed spending time with his church family, extended family, and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents Earl and Etta (Nored) Lafferty.
He is survived by his wife, Kathaleene (Hunt, Bailey) Lafferty of their home in Parma; daughters, Joan Hearnsberger and husband, Bill, of Little Rock and Janet Riley and husband, Mark, of Weatherford, Texas; five grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; and many other close family and friends.
Pallbearers are John Michael Disarro, Nathan Disarro, Greg Brewer, Jamie Hipp, Brady Smith, and Josh Rutledge. Honorary pallbearers are R. B. Lafferty and James Harrel Lafferty.
Visitation will be held at the Woodrow Baptist Church on February 12 from 6-8 p.m. Funeral services will be held at Prim Hilltop Holiness Church on February 13 at 2 p.m. Interment will follow in Pleasant Ridge Cemetery.
