Dear Editor,

I just wanted to tell you something about your town, I do not live in Heber at this time
But looking at the future, I do come to Heber several times every year, for my vacation time
This last holiday, July 4 weekend, my wife and I came for the long weekend, and her car broke down
On holiday weekend, I did not know any shops in Heber so I just asked people who they could tell me could work on my wife’s Nissan in Heber, I was told that Bartlett tire center was very good, so I went
And talked with them, they said yes if I could get the car they could fix it, so I had to call a tow truck
After they looked it over and found the problem, nobody in Heber had the parts, but said
Parts in Searcy, but they would be closed on 7/4, we would be stranded and would have to miss work
To get it fixed, but then they said if I could get to Searcy and bring the parts back they would fix
So we did, they had to stay a little longer than normal to get us back on the road.
But all the guys in the shop, especially David and Andy, went the extra mile to take care of
A customer, I have never had any shop or dealer help like they did, they deserve the highest rating you can give, if you could mention in your paper the way they help out an out of town customer just think what they do for locals.
I will be back in Heber several times this year, and any service I need on any of my cars, they will
Go to David and Andy to service I cannot thank them enough for what they did for me when they could have just said we are closed.
