A Christmas miracle in Quitman
Dear Editor:
Three families in Quitman were not to have a Christmas this year. One family with three kids and a grandmother, one family with a mother and two kids and yet another family with a daddy that got hurt and out of work, right before Christmas.
I have prayed and bought little things for these three families. However I have 16 grandkids myself. So all I could do is pray.
Well, one day O-Tex pumping, LLC from Quitman came in the store where I work and asked if there was anyone that needed help for Christmas. I told them about our three families. These people were indeed sent from heaven.
They went shopping for these three families and bought so many toys. The next day they went shopping again and got big hams for the Christmas dinners.
This was indeed a Christmas miracle in Quitman.
