Tony Bailey of Heber Springs finished among the top competitors in the Second Annual Tri-the-Lake Triathlon in Heber Springs Sunday morning.

The Second Annual Tri-the-Lake Triathlon in Heber Springs was a rainy and cold one, but that didn't nearly 200 participants from competing Sunday morning.
Along with the racers were dozens of volunteers serving food, water, helping keep time, and directing traffic.
