Last Friday, the Chamber of Commerce held a reception to welcome the new Executive Director, Ginger Harper and the new Membership Development Manager, Caitlyn Garner. They were chosen after a thorough search and hiring process.

Cathy Cox, outgoing  President Cathy Cox said, “We had so many great candidates, it was a difficult decision. We think we made the right choice to move the Chamber forward.”

Ginger is a graduate of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock Bowen School of Law, Little Rock, AR, Juris Doctor, May 2006. She has worked for two practices in Heber Springs, Mays and White, and Grayson and Grayson, as well as serving as a law clerk to two Arkansas Supreme Court Justices before working for the Arkansas Foodbank as their Grants Foundation Coordinator.

Ginger is married to Joe Harper, Deputy Operations Project Manager, US Army Corps of Engineers, Greers Ferry Lake Project. They have two beautiful daughters, Ella Grace age 10 and Emily Rose age 4.

Caitlyn Garner, is a 2018 graduate of Louisiana Tech University in Ruston, LA with a Bachelors of Science in Marketing, with an emphasis on Data Analytics.

Caitlyn is looking forward to expanding her experiences at the Chamber and hopes to apply what she has learned in her college career.

Both women look forward to serving the business community in Heber Springs and are working hard on the upcoming Chamber 6:00 p.m. on March 12.
