Victoria (Vicki) Corrine (Howard) Milam, 56 of Quitman, Arkansas passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loved ones on May 16, 2020. She was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, December 22, 1964 to David Everett Howard and Mary Elizabeth Jackson Howard, but made her home in Quitman, Arkansas. She graduated from Quitman High School where she met her high-school sweetheart, Dwyane, who she was happily married to for 37 years.

She was a loving wife, mother, sister, and Mimi/Granny, who loved nothing more than being surrounded by her children and grandchildren. She generously gave her all for her family in any way she possibly could. She loved to cook, especially her mom’s dressing recipe at Thanksgiving. Vicki loved to fish and travel, especially on vacations with her sister. Vicki was devoted to her family and made many great memories they will cherish every day.

She was survived by her husband Dwyane Milam; her sons Josh Milam (Victoria), and Daniel Milam; her daughter Ashley Milam; ten grandchildren, Eithan, Aspen, Hayden, Kayla, Hunter, Jaxson, Avary, Lane, Jasper, and Paisley; brother Danny Beavers, all of Quitman, AR; sister Sharon Howard Bond (Vince), of Russellville, AR; Uncle Roy Earl Jackson (Linda); Uncle James Ross Howard; Aunt Betty Howard Myers; Aunt Nancy Howard Robling; mother-in-law Mary Ann Milam; brother-in-law Chris Milam (Linda); sister-in-law Brenda Mallis (Bob); an uncle, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents David Howard and Mary Jackson Howard who predeceased her when she was a toddler; Lloyd Amos Wadkins and Lucille Jackson Wadkins (Roy A. Jackson) (maternal grandparents), who raised her as their daughter; and her sister Karen Raye Howard; paternal grandparents Everett Howard and Corrine Howard; father-in-law J.D. (Shorty) Milam; sister-in-law Carol Ann Milam.

A visitation will be held from 6:00pm – 8:00pm on Tuesday, May 19, 2020 at Olmstead Funeral Home and funeral services will be held at 10:00am on Wednesday, May 20, 2020 in the Kaley Hill Baptist Church. Interment will follow in the Fairbanks Cemetery.
