CLARKSVILLE — The Heber Springs Lady Panthers warmed up for the state meet by winning the 4-4A Conference cross country meet title Monday.

Three runners finished among the top six – Mckenzie Becerra (third place, 22:28.6), Sydney Buffalo (fifth place, 22:51.0) and Vallie Cantrell (sixth place, 22:56.7).

The Panthers were third in their division. Nathan Poff finished ninth with a time of 19:17.3.

The state meet will be held at Hot Springs on Saturday.
